Three ways to work together

Choose how much legal help you need

Select 01, 02, or 03 to see what each service includes, what you remain responsible for, and how the work moves forward.

What this service means

Legal consultation & independent advice

A focused, paid consultation to understand your legal position, options, risks, or obtain a second opinion.

A good fit when

  • You need a legal question analyzed before deciding what to do.
  • You want a second perspective on advice, strategy, or key documents.
  • You want defined legal advice without ongoing representation.

What the lawyer can do

  • Review the agreed background and key materials.
  • Explain applicable law, practical options, risks, and next steps.
  • Provide the consultation and any written follow-up included in the agreement.

The client journey

From first contact to clear next steps

The exact order may change with the matter, but you should always know the next step and who is responsible for it.

  1. Send a brief inquiry

Share the general issue, the people involved, important dates, and how to reach you. Do not send unnecessary confidential files yet.

  2. Receive the office's first reply

The office acknowledges your message, starts conflict screening, and asks only for the information needed to decide whether it can speak with you.

  3. Schedule an initial interview

We discuss your goals, key facts, urgency, known deadlines, and which materials may be relevant. This intake conversation is separate from legal advice.

  4. Confirm a paid legal consultation

After conflict screening and written consultation terms are confirmed, meet with the lawyer to discuss options, risks, and immediate priorities.

  5. Complete the agreed independent advice

The lawyer provides the consultation and any agreed follow-up. A new or expanded written scope is required before the lawyer takes on additional work.

Important: contacting the office does not pause or transfer any deadline. The office is responsible only for a deadline it accepts in writing.
